About Us
Mommy Bee Happy was created by Rachel
Quittner. She and her husband Brian live in Santa Barbara
with their three boys, Jake, Travis and Cayden. Brian, a former
Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol officer, invented this pocket
light six years ago. It was originally made for police officers
to fit into their shirt pockets providing a “hands-free” light
source. To date, there are over a half million police, EMT
and military personnel wearing QuiqLite worldwide.
While growing their business, they also grew
their family. Rachel began to use this police light for nighttime
duties with all three of their boys. Not only using it at
home, she took it camping, for walks at night and on road
trips to help out in the car and hotels. Realizing how useful
the light was in every situation, she decided to introduce
Babeebrite into the baby market.
A message from Rachel...
"Not only is Babeebrite an amazing
light for all nightly duties, it became a true gift of memories
when I was at the hospital for my sons’ births. It was so
wonderful to be able to turn off all the lights in the hospital
room and sleep (usually the nurse keeps one of them on so
you can see throughout the night). When my baby woke up, all
I had to do was reach to the top of my pillow and turn on
the Babeebrite. I didn’t have to call the nurse into
my room, nor wake up my husband. When it was time to breastfeed
or change the baby’s diaper, Babeebrite eliminated
the intrusions from the nurse and bright lights. I was able
to relax breastfeeding my newborn, our bonding was awesome!
The privacy and memories Babeebrite gave me….priceless!"
